Who is responsible
AlAziz Software Solutions (“AlAziz”, “we”) runs this website and decides how the personal data described here is used. For any privacy question or request, email hello@alazizsoftware.com.
Visiting this website
The site has no accounts, advertising or analytics scripts, and we set no cookies. Fonts, images and scripts are served from alazizsoftware.com itself, so loading a page does not send your browser to third-party services. The one exception is the contact form, described below.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data about each request, such as your IP address, browser user agent, the page requested and the time. Cloudflare handles that data under its own privacy policy.
When you contact us
If you send the contact form, email us or book a discovery call, we receive your name, your email address, and whatever you tell us about your project; the form also asks for your company (optional) and a budget range. We use it only to reply, to prepare for and hold the call, and to scope and quote the work you asked about. The form’s message reaches us as an email sent through Cloudflare.
To keep automated spam out, the contact page loads Cloudflare Turnstile from challenges.cloudflare.com. It checks signals from your browser, such as its characteristics and your IP address, to tell people from bots, and Cloudflare handles that data under its Turnstile privacy addendum. No other page loads it.
If you become a client, we keep your contact details together with project and billing records in our internal client records, which only our staff can access, so we can deliver the work, invoice for it and meet our accounting obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising. We share it only with the services that carry our email and host our systems, to the extent they need it to provide those services, or when the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept only as long as the conversation is useful. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and afterwards for as long as accounting and tax rules require.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email hello@alazizsoftware.com from the address you used with us and we will act on the request.
Links to other sites
Our pages link to LinkedIn, GitHub, X and the founder’s website. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which apply once you follow a link.
Changes to this policy
If how we handle personal data changes, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
