What to include
A few lines are enough to start. The more of these you can share, the more useful the first call will be:
- What you want built or fixed, and who uses it: your team, your customers, or both.
- Where things stand today: an idea, a spreadsheet-and-email process, or a product already in use.
- The work you want to take off your team, if you are looking at AI assistants or automation.
- Any deadline you are working towards, and a budget range if you have one.
- Links to your product, designs or documents we should look at first.
What happens next
After the discovery call we turn what we heard into a fixed scope: what will ship, in which sprints, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you have agreed to that scope, and you get progress updates, preview links and review calls for as long as the work runs. Typical figures are on our pricing page.
